2. Services Provided

Thirty-Four Accessories Ltd. acts as a specialized sourcing agent and technical consultant for heavy-duty diesel engine components. We do not manufacture the parts but facilitate the procurement, quality assurance, and logistics between tier-one manufacturers and our clients.

3. Orders and Pricing

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Thirty-Four Accessories Ltd.
• Prices, lead times, and availability are subject to change based on market conditions and manufacturer availability.
• Custom sourcing requests may require a non-refundable deposit.

4. Quality Assurance and Liability

While we implement rigorous quality assurance protocols and vetting procedures, Thirty-Four Accessories Ltd. is an intermediary agent. Our liability for defective parts is limited to facilitating warranty claims or returns with the original manufacturer according to their specific warranty policies.

In no event shall Thirty-Four Accessories Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from equipment downtime.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Place of Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zug, Switzerland.
